This might include: Connective Tissue Therapy, Traditional Massage, Biodynamic Cranial Approach or Deep Presence, Sports Massage, Polarity, Resistance & Release. For general relaxation, pain relief, and to address specific injuries and conditions. A typical session will include several modalities and will increase body awareness and improve balance, circulation and general sense of well-being. Please Note: Due to the limited number of appointments during this retreat, sessions are available on a first come, first served basis and once a booking is made, it is NONREFUNDABLE.
